Scotlandmiddle Heating & Air is a referral service. Homeowners with heating or cooling problems send us requests, and we route them to independent local providers. If you run an HVAC business and want to hear from homeowners in Boca Raton, FL and the Boca Raton area, this page is for you.

This is not a job posting. Scotlandmiddle Heating & Air does not hire technicians or employees. We connect homeowners with businesses that already do the work.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for independent contractors who handle residential work, such as:

• AC repair
• Furnace repair
• AC installation and replacement

Small shops and established companies are both welcome. What matters is that you serve homes in our region and treat homeowners fairly.

What do we expect from providers?

Homeowners count on the people we send them to, so we keep the basics simple.

• Hold the licenses and insurance required in your area, and keep them current.
• Explain problems and options in plain language.
• Give written quotes before major work begins.
• Show up when you say you will, or tell the homeowner if plans change.
• Be honest about whether a repair or a replacement makes sense.
• Never claim to be Scotlandmiddle Heating & Air. You are an independent business.

How does it work for you?

A homeowner sends a request. We route it to a provider in our network that serves that area and handles that kind of job. You follow up, give an estimate, and do the work if the homeowner agrees. Pricing and scheduling are between you and the homeowner.

Referral fees may apply to requests we send you. We will share the details before you join, so there are no surprises. We cannot promise a set number of requests, because demand changes with the season and the weather.

We will read each message and reply with next steps if it looks like a fit.
